She was predeceased by: her parents, John Phillips and Gaynelle Edgar Phillips Ponzoo; and her foster mother Esther Furman. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Edward Stewart; her children, Virginia (Randy Johnson) of Rockwood, PA and David (Beth Stewart) of Fairview, WV; her grandchildren, Rebecca, Allison Johnson and Halee (Jimmy McKinney); her great grandchild Paige McKinney; and her siblings, Chuck Ponzoo, Carol Keller, Marlene Webb, Betty Jean Wise, Joann Haring, Jack, John, Jerry (James Phillips) and James (Henry Lee Ponzoo). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Milliken and Throckmorton Funeral Home Inc. (324 Mount Morris Rd, Mt Morris, PA 15349). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
