He was predeceased by: his parents, Conrad Werner and Janet Werner (Stains); his sister Lori Werner; his brother-in-law Bill Kubina; and his son Steven Michael Seip.
He is survived by: his sister-in-law Rosa Werner; his wife Teresa Werner of Morrisville; his children, Michelle Werner of Bristol, LeeAnn Werner, MaryAnn Werner, Kelley Werner, Jr., Fisher of Bensalem, Cassandra Werner and Amber Werner of Morrisville; his stepson Matthew Qualls of Arkansas; his siblings, George Werner, Jimmy, Michaela Werner, Kathy Kubina and Irene McCreary; and his close friends, Chris Arndt, Jasmine-Lawrence Erby and Linda Dreisbach. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild, several nieces, nephews and cousins.
