She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Frank J. Kozik and Eleanor Golomb Kozik; and her husband John F. Washko. She is survived by: her children, Susan (Lorraine) of Charlottesville, VA, John (Lisa) of Canton, CT and Judy (Al); her granddaughter Miranda of Mickleton, NJ; her sister Betty Lou (Louie) of Denville, NJ; and her great-nieces, Susi and Ali (Herb) of Pittsburgh, PA. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins; and many good friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Pennsbury Society (for Pennsbury Manor), Morrisville, PA or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Memphis, TN.
