It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carmen Milagros Pagan of Morrisville, Pennsylvania, born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on April 13, 2023, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Thomas Fermaint. She is survived by: her mother Nelly Rivera; her children, Monica Rivera, Jose Pagan, Chantel Lotito, Nellie, Nicholas Velez, James and Isabella De La Torre; her siblings, William Cosme, Hector, Laura Cosme, Michael Pagan and Raphael Rivera; and her grandchildren, Aliyah Tricoche, Destiny Tricoche, Devin Bracero, Julian Pagan, Geovanni Pagan, Allyanna Rivero, Emmett Velez, Joshua Velez and Jackson De La Torre. She is also survived by one future great-grandchild, twelve nieces and nephews, and lots of cousins, aunts and uncles.
