She was predeceased by: her parents, Zane Spaide and Sondra Spaide (Kishbaugh). She is survived by: her siblings, Jacquelyn Wagner (Beth Pollock), Veronica Erath (John) and Kymbra Spaide; her nieces and nephews, Jack Erath, Zane Wagner, Lindsay Bernstein, Paige Pinkerton and Shelby Samoviski; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Ember, Clark, Declan, Hadley and Stella.
Memorial contributions in Pam's honor may be made to the Merakey Allegheny Valley School, 1996 Ewings Mill Road, Coraopolis, PA 15108, whose care givers, nurses, and managers have provided her with exceptional care since 1998.
