He was predeceased by: his parents, Auvery W. West and Sue West (Rutherford). He is survived by: his wife Margaret D. "Peggy" West (Daniels); his children, Jack Andrew West and Mary "Meg" West; his grandchildren, Anna Marie Ball and Jacob Morgan Ball; and his sister Ellen Riffle.
