She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Ely and Gladys Ely (Scouton); her husband Manley S. Fowler II; her grandson Kurty Frey; and her great grandchild Aaron Burnett.
She is survived by: her children, Diane Reid, Edward (Christine Fowler), Debra (Roger Richmond) and Jim (Nancy Fowler); and her grandchildren, Lisa Lyons, Anna (DJ), Elizabeth (Tim), Chad (Shasta Richmond), Coral Fowler, Manley Fowler, Joshua Fowler, Jim (Kirat Fowler), Joey (Bridget Fowler), Jared (Cortney Fowler) and Samantha (John Manley).
