He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Anne and Sophie [Heimstra] Terpstra; his wife Barbara [Riley] Terpstra; and his son-in-law William Joseph Blalock. He is survived by: his daughters, Deborah Ann Terpstra (Debbi) of Montrose, PA, Dr. Sharon Lee Fisk (Jeffrey) of Hamburg, NY and Patricia Sue Terpstra (Patti); his grandchildren, Brett [Oy], Emily, James and Melanie; his great grandchild Michael; his siblings, Henrietta Kommer of Clifton, NJ and David Terpstra of Wayne, NJ; and his brother-in-law Lester Riley, Jr. (Karen) of Crimora Station, VA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
