He is survived by: his wife Janice Peterson Hughes; his children, Jeffrey Allen, Patricia Davies (William III) and Jessica Rosenkrans (Jason); his grandchildren, William IV, Seth, Sydney and Alex; his brother Timothy Hughes (Beverly); and his nieces, Kristy Wissler (James) and Brittany Hughes. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
