He is survived by: his wife Aimee; his daughters, Brittany Kwiatkowski (Matt) and Ashley; his stepsons, Devon and Tyler; his children, Michael and Addalyn Jo; his parents, Mary Joanne and Charles; his siblings, Jill (Blaisure), Charles and James; and his mother-in-law Joan Grover. He is also survived by many brothers and sisters-in-law, several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
