He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. Blachek and Teresa VanAuken Blachek; his brother William Blachek; and also Ian Blachek. He is survived by: his sisters, Ellen Garey, Kathryn Belles and Freda Reynolds (Dean) of Falls, PA; his wife Rose Mary Mangieri; his great grandchildren, John (Janet) of Loganton, PA, Justin, Judy (John Paolillo) of Nashua, NH, Jean (Rod Robinson) of Charleston, SC, Janet (Andrew Millen) of Whitehall, PA, Hannah, Joe Ricker and James (Mary) of Factoryville, PA; his sons, Keith and Alonzo; and also, Joel (Monique), Gina, Tori, Jacob (Kate), Elizabeth, Thomas (Julie), Vivian Rose, Ford, Mara Blachek, Michael, Ethan Pettit and Jill (Edward Stark) of Towson, MD.. He is also survived by six children, twelve grandchildren.
