He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry S. Wertz and Josephine L. Wertz (Embick); and his brothers, Gary Wertz and Randy Brown. He is survived by: his siblings, Patricia Wertz, Bonnie Beamer, Rodney Wertz, Pamela Bradley, Jeffery Brown, Terry Brown and Brenda Flexer.
