It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sylvia Marie Kostura of Minersville, Pennsylvania, born in Pottsville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 13, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Setlock and Dorothy Setlock (Griffin); her husband John Kostura Jr.; and her brothers, Jerome, Peter, Paul, Russell and Dennis Setlock.
She is survived by: her sisters, Severene Prock, Sheila Moser and Sandra Wagner; her children, Tina and John III (Simone Kostura); her siblings, Patrick Setlock, Dal (Karen Setlock), Donald (Donna Setlock), Sharon (Dave Reeves) and Shirley Kulikosky; her granddaughter Shardae; and her great grandchildren, Zoey and Cooper.
