He is survived by: his children, Adrian Hernandez of Minersville, PA., Rafael Hernandez, Jr. of Minersville, PA., Alberto Hernandez of Allentown, PA., Stacy Moyer of Woodstock, NY, Jose Camacho and Muhlenberg Twp; and his siblings, Esther, Felipe, William, Iris M and Ismael Hernandez. He is also survived by 9 Grandchildren; 4 Great Grandchildren.
