We are sad to announce that on April 15, 2023, at the age of 76, Michael Worchick Jr. of Minersville, Pennsylvania, born in New Philadelphia, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Worchick, Sr. and Violet T. Zimerofsky Worchick. He is survived by: his wife Bonita Bonnie Fanok; his daughters, Barbara Poncelet and Karen Worchick (Kerry Kegley); his granddaughters, Katharine Poncelet, Anastasia Poncelet and Zoe Worchick; his sister Violet Woodford; and his siblings-in-law, Joseph Kostyal, Jeffrey Kostyal and Carole Fanok. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
