She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Borrelli and Mary Borrelli (DeFont); her former husband John F; her husband Edwin C. Fasnacht; her sisters, Josephine Laudeman (Levrio), Rita Olexo (Levrio), Philomena Flanagan (Borrelli) and Emma Lewis (Borrelli); and her daughter Christina Madden (Butler) of Mt. Carmel.
She is survived by: her children, Linda (Michael Laudeman), Lynette (James Bohrman), Charlotte (Ed Kocher), Cheryl (Gary Major) and John S. Butler; her son-in-law Bruce Madden; her grandchildren, Lisa, Michael, Amy, Nicole, Amber, Jennifer, Karissa, Christopher, Taylor, Gary and Jessica; and her sister Anna Goetz (Borrelli). She is also survived by 11 Great Grandchildren.
