He was predeceased by: his parents, Julia Rhoads, (Bodak) and Leonard James Rhoads, Sr.. He is survived by: his children, Jennifer B. Rhoads (Mark Warner), John (Kristi Flannery) and Scott (Heather Flannery); his brother Gary (Marion Rhoads Also); his grandchildren, Brock, Logan Warner, Devyn, Aidan, Brennan, Colin and Griffin Flannery; and his niece Abby Rhoads.
