He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Marie Kostura (Setlock); his brother Paul Kostura; his children, Tina M Kostura and John III (Simone Kostura); his brothers, Joseph, Eugene, Emil and Emery Kostura; his granddaughter Shardae; and his great grandchildren, Zoey and Cooper.
