It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Yeastedt of Minersville, Pennsylvania, born in Pottsville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 18, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Theresa Yeastedt (Montag) and George Yeastedt; his former wife Mary Jo Yeastedt (Lawson); his son Kristopher; and his siblings, Clair Yeasted, Eleanor Forney, Marie Majestic, Marcella Montour, Rita Davis, Alberta Corttis, Vincent Yeasted, Robert Yeastedt and Cyril Yeastadt.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Mae Yeastedt (Strange); his children, Marilyn Collins (Dan), Joanne Yeastedt, Jeffrey (Lisa) and Frederick (Kristine); his stepson James Smith (Patricia); and his grandchildren, Tyler, Fred, Heidi, Daniel, Kristen, Niklaus, Ariana, Sophia and Madelyn.
