He was predeceased by: his parents, Catherine (Keating) and Elmer Frederick Heffner, Sr.; and his sister Violet Hutton. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Heffner (Marx); his son Charles Heffner; his daughter-in-law Kelly; his granddaughter Savannah; his sister Carol Miller; and his nephew Robert Smith.
