Richter; his stepdaughter Tricia (Jim Heffron); his siblings, Pam Swatsky, Allison (Andrew Howe), Lori Matzura of Florida and Alan (Shari Matzura); and his grandchildren, Jarrod Heffron, Luke, Collin Tobin, Jameson and Aly Heffron.
