She was predeceased by: her parents, Emil Novak and Dorothy Jean Novak (Appleby); and her brother Paul Novak. She is survived by: her children, Jeff Walcott, Schuylkill Haven, Brianne Lazarchick, Port Carbon and Pamela Rizzardi. She is also survived by seven grandchildren.
