He was predeceased by: his parents, Adela Zambiasi, (Bolosky) and Charles R. Zambiasi, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Mary (Ammons); his children, Phillip D. (Karen Zambiasi) and Dione "DeeDee" Zambiasi (Neil Schenck); his sister Phyllis Shulkusky; his granddaughters, Kayla O'Donnel, Kristen Hoke and Elissa Zambiasi; and his great grandchildren, Arabella and Asher O'Donnel A Religious.
