It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald West (Milton, Pennsylvania), born in Mahoning, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 19, 2019, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald E. West and Peggy M. West (Freakes); and his sister Jane. He is survived by: his wife Paulette S. Eves; and his children, Michael West, Barry L. Kramer (Annette) of Milton, Michelle West-Jones and Tammy Kramer. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter.
