He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin D. Wilkins and Freddie E. Morgan Wilkins; and his daughters, Veronica Cummings and Cindy Bryant. He is survived by: his wife Carol A. Harris; his children, Carolyn Hockenberry of Montoursville, PA., William Wilkins (Kate) of Lock Haven, PA. and Robert Wilkins (Karen) of Lock Haven, PA.; and his siblings, Dorothy Hershberger (Lee), Jane Gooding (Dwight) and Hayes Wilkins of Piedmont, MO. He is also survived by 10 Grandchildren, 21 Great Grandchildren, 3 Great-Great Grandchildren.
