It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Samuel Hoy (Mill Hall, Pennsylvania), born in Lock Haven, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 9, 2019, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Samuel G. Hoy and Betty Bottorf Hoy; and his wife Karla J. Allen.
