He was predeceased by: his parents, Ada Wagner and George Wagner; and his sisters, June Snyder, Lois Emery, Arnice Karstetter and Gloria Snook.
He is survived by: his wife Edith Wagner (Walizer); his stepdaughter Vickie Statton (James) of Mill Hall; his children, Robert Wagner, Jr. (Sue) of Mill Hall and Debra "Debbie" Cicala (John) of Avonmore; his grandchildren, James Statton, Jr. (Teri), Jason Wagner (Gertrude), Jodi Wagner, Dominick Cicala and Giovanni Cicala; his great grandchildren, Cody, Alicia, Logan Wagner, Colby Kline and Colton Struble; and his siblings, Gardner, Walter, Glenn, Elwood, Merle, Gene, Daryl Wagner, Betty Derr and Sharon Winans. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great grandchildren, and friends.
