He was predeceased by: his siblings, James, Thomas and Edna; and his stepsister Eleanor Harner. He is survived by: his wife Janet R. Duke; his children, Richard T. Mann (Bridgette), Karlsruhe, Germany, Sandra Schrack (Samuel), Dennis Mann (Dawna), Mill Hall and Brian Mann (Lori); his grandchildren, Stacy Kelly (Scott), Jamie McCann (Charles), Stephanie Erlandson, Phillip, Alexandra0 Mann, Kristi Hoover (Matt) and Brandon Mann (Rochelle); his great grandchildren, Savanna, Danica, Macy, Camry, Isaac, Carley, Josey, Madden, Emerson, Reagan, Maxi and Cameran; and his stepsister Anna Mary Sullivan. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Cedar Heights Brethren in Christ Church or the Central Pennsylvania Community Band through the funeral home.
