She was predeceased by: her father Edwin L. Welch, Jr.. She is survived by: her mother Judy K. Welch (Smith) of Mill Hall; and her siblings, Edwin L. Welch, III of Mill Hall, Jennifer Roan of Blanchard, Jamie Welch of Mill Hall and Sammie Willis of Mill Hall. She is also survived by Aunts, Uncles and cousins.
