She was predeceased by: her husband Robert H. Russell; her son Pierce "PJ" Russell; her siblings, Joanne Murray and Jack Eckert; and her brother-in-law Clarence Dolan.
She is survived by: her son Robert Russell (Jackie) of Lock Haven; her siblings, James R. Eckert (Jane) of Milesburg and Margaret Eckert Dolan of Blanchard; her sister-in-law Amy Eckert of New York; her grandchildren, Rance Russell (Tasha), Reid Woodward (Susie) and Robin Russell (Justin); her great grandchildren, Dillon, Emily of Pierce, Ashlyn, Logan Russell, Everet and Tyler Woodward; and her great great grandchildren, Oliver, Ember and River Woodward. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
