With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jason Conrad Van Der Toorn of Milford, Pennsylvania, born in East Orange, New Jersey, who passed away on September 22, 2022 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Toorn and Sarah van der Toorn (Ryans); and his spouse Dana A. van der Toorn (Jaretsky). He is survived by: his children, Janie Egan (Sean) and Eric van der Toorn (Jamie); his grandchildren, Tanner and Charlotte; and his brother Eugene van der Toorn (Bette). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, JDRF, 200 Vesey Street, 28th Floor, New York, NY 10281 in honor of Jason's life.
