He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar J. Froehlich and Barbara R. Froehlich (Hickel); and his wife Carol A. Froehlich (Ruffer). He is survived by: his children, James A. Froehlich (Kay Froehlich), Peter A. Froehlich (Maggie Froehlich) and Joan Froehlich; his grandchildren, Aidan, Frances and Henry; and his sister Pauline Higgins. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
