He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Finlay and Edith Eleanor Finlay (Cantell). He is survived by: his wife Margie Finlay (Petera); his children, Alan Finlay and Jane Broadfield; his stepchildren, Dawn and Frank; and his grandchildren, George, Lyndsey, Kelsey, Faith and Abigail. He is also survived by one of nine children, he loved his brothers and sisters so very much, and all his nieces and nephews -- every one of his family.
