He was predeceased by: his parents, Nancy Siltz (VanDuzer) and Leo Siltz, Jr.; his brother Mark; and his aunt Beverly MacEntee. He is survived by: his children, Tara Bello (Greg), Danielle Siltz, Ashley Sanchez (Mauro) and Toni-Marie Siltz (Francis Caceres); his grandchildren, Jesse, Gianna Bello, Dylan, Elena Sanchez and Olivia Caceres; his siblings, Donna Giametta (Gerald) and Thomas Siltz; his pet Caesar; and his caregiver Ashley Pirl.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Karen Ann Quinlan Hospice.
