It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathleen Ranney of Mifflinburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 17, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Gilchrist and Peggy Gilchrist; and her brother-in-law Mel Northup. She is survived by: her husband Jim Ranney; her children, Parker (Tamara Ranney), Sarah Ranney and Colleen (Chris Ostrowski); and her sister Joanna Northup.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Kathy's name to Alzheimer's Association, a cause that was near and dear to her and the family.
