He is survived by: his wife Alma Martin; his children, Linda Einwechter (William) of Ephrata, PA, Edwin Martin (Brigid) of Mercersburg, Daniel Martin (Kathy) of Mercersburg, Michael Martin (Janet) of Jonestown, PA, Pamela Martin of Mercersburg, PA and Amy Maculam (Joseller) of Torrance, CA.; and his sisters, Dorothy and Esther Clever of Greencastle, PA.. He is also survived by nineteen grandchildren, two step-grandchildren, many great and great-great-grandchildren.
