He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Betty Daywalt; his son Oscar Dickey Jr.; his stepson Toney Robins (Dena) of Fannettsburg; his siblings, Larry Dickey (Jim) of Big Pool, Donald Dickey of Chambersburg and Susan Brown of Hagerstown, MD.; and his grandchildren, Garrison, Gracey Dickey, Steven, Tyler and Rebecca Robbins.
