He is survived by: his wife Donna Evans; his stepfather Paul Stepp; his sister Nancy Moore (Donnie); his children, Shannon Cantrill, Eddie Evans, Michelle Evans and Susie Sellars (Wade); his stepdaughter Lisa Ambrusko (Marcia); his grandchildren, Samantha Hemp (Cory), Catherine Mistichelli, John Tucker, Evie Tucker, Sean Griffith, Joey Griffith and Katerina Griffith; his great grandchild Axel Hemp; and his friend Barbara McLaren. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
