He was predeceased by: his parents, David A. Straley and Gladys M. Yeakle Straley; his wife Elizabeth Straley of McConnellsburg, PA; his sons, Robert E. and Dennis Straley; his grandson Matthew D. Cook; his great grandchild Matthew C. Harmon; and his siblings, Russell, Harold Straley and Vera Timmons (Straley).
He is survived by: his children, Ronald, Trudy Black of Lexington Park, MD, Patricia and Timothy. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
