With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David R. Yeager (Mercersburg, Pennsylvania), who passed away on January 15, 2023 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John W., Sr. and Anna Gayle Yeager (Kahn); his grandson Elijah John Lumidao; and his siblings, John W. Yeager Jr., D. Bruce Yeager, Charles Yeager, Doris Yeager and Shirley Hawbaker.

He is survived by: his wife Virginia L. Yeager (Hendershot); his children, Karen S. Lumidao (John) of Alexandria, VA, Timothy D. Yeager (Patricia A.) of Burke, VA and Kevin L. Yeager of Baltimore, MD.; his grandchildren, Kara A., Allison L. and Andrew V. Yeager; and his siblings, E. Eleanora Fix, Richard Lee "Joe" Yeager (Helen) and Gene E. Yeager (Dolly).

Flowers are welcome or contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
