It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn Snyder of Mercersburg, Pennsylvania, born in Lemasters, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 25, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Seth E. Benedick and Stella Ommert Benedick; and her siblings, Betty Lee Johnston, Margaret Fries, Miriam Springer, June Kriner, Evelyn Schenck and Wayne Hissong.
She is survived by: her husband Charles Edgar Snyder; her children, Laura Piper (Stephen) and Stephen Snyder (Mary); her grandson Zachary Snyder; and her sister Joanne Harmon.
