She is survived by: her mother Mary Ann Needham Shoop; her children, Tonya Miller (Shawn) of Ridgeley, WV and Phillip Gordon Jr. of Chambersburg; her stepson Shawn Gordon; her grandchildren, Jordon Stottlemyer, Kyra Tedrick, Sierra and Shawna Miller; and her siblings, Jay Shoop (Angel), Stacey Shoop, Robert Shoop and Mary Baughman.
