He was predeceased by: his parents, Lynn W. Price and Virginia C. Burhanan Price; and his siblings, Joann McCullough, Karen Dixon, Lee Price and Richard Price.
He is survived by: his significant other Debra Starliper; and his siblings, Herbert Price of Mercersburg, Theordore Price of Louisiana and Charlotte Vargas of Mercersburg, PA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
