He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Howell and Sarah Crone Howell; his brother Arthur Howell; and his granddaughter Victoria Howell. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Ayers Howell; his children, Collin Howell, Chris Howell (Joy), Aaron Howell (Annemarie), Megan Howell and Tara Wilbur; his siblings, Phillip Howell, Janet Howell, Iva Harvey and Darlene Marshall; and his sister-in-law Barbara Howell. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
Due to COVID restrictions a private interment will be held in Sunnyside Cemetery, Tunkhannock a livestream of the service will be available for family and friends at 11:00 AM on November 28, 2020 at http://www.sheldonkukuchkafuneralhome.com under Francis E. Howell's tribute page.
