She was predeceased by: her parents, Catherine Gladish (Oleksak) and John Gladish; her husband John Pritko; her son Eugene Pritko; her siblings, Catherine Nau (Gene), Mary Poncharik (Joseph), Julie Gladish, Tillie Sommer (Frank), Elizabeth Barna (Mike), Anna Kukitz (Albert), John Gladish (Altheia) and Michael Gladish (Rose); and her granddaughter Deborah Cassidy.
She is survived by: her children, Jerome Pritko (Helen), John Pritko and Kathleen Vadino (Deacon Raymond); her daughter-in-law Donna Grason (John); her grandchildren, Steven Pritko (Vicki), Jennifer Hersh (Eric), Jonathan Pritko, Christopher Vadino (Korie), Carrie Ann McGowan (Marty), Mark Maddison and Julie Chad; and her great grandchildren, Andrew Pritko, Daniel Pritko, Derek Maddison, Justin Maddison, Aiden Chad, Evan Honsel, Caroline Honsel, Bowie Hersh, Giovanni Vadino and Gina Vadino.
