With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gina E. Falgiatore (Media, Pennsylvania), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 15, 2023 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Dominic R. Falgiatore. She is survived by: her cousin Gina; and her daughters, Donna Falgiatore (Santo Pezzotti) and Jeannine Tod (Andrew Tod). She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
