He is survived by: his wife Johanne Freeman; his brother Emil Cavella (Penny); his children, Deborah Ball (David), Mark Freeman (Winifred), Paul Freeman (Karen) and Stephen Freeman (Heather); and his grandchildren, Caleb (Sophia), Ethan (Molly), Simeon (Mari), Carlyn (Matt), Lauren, Andrew (Lexie), Aaron, Evan, Seth (Bea), Joel, Tèa, Connor and Kalyn.
