He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Lowe and Helen Lowe (Rider); and his brothers, James, Michael and Douglas Lowe.

He is survived by: his siblings, Ronald Lowe of Mechanicsburg and Diane Hepler of Boiling Springs; his nephews, Jim Gale and Jim Lowe; and his niece Ashlea Hepler.
