He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur W. Baker and Mildred E. Baker (Martin); and his son Jeffrey W. Baker. He is survived by: his wife Norma Jane Baker (Wonders); his sons, Steven L. Baker (Ann Fox) of Dillsburg and Andrew L. Baker (Colleen) of Fuquay-Varina, NC; and his grandchildren, David, Benjamin, Daniel, Lilly, Henry, Patricia Baker, Gethen Morris and Andrea Rogers. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
