He was predeceased by: his parents, Penrose Forry and Laura Romaine Forry (Hertzler); and his brothers, Delvin and Marlin Forry. He is survived by: his daughters, Deborah Donlevy (Frank) of Mechanicsburg, Linda Manotti (James) of Mechanicsburg and Rebecca Forry of Landsdale. He is also survived by four grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
